I looked for help on Google, and then after literally hours trying and failing to get the Vodafone online Chat-Bot to help me I tried telephoning . . . . only to find that the voice recognition 'bot' was even more useless. So I drove to Walton to try to see an actual human being. I wasn't expecting the experience to be any better. How wrong I was !In the shop, Amar (hope I've spelt your name correctly) was superb. He was helpful and genial and most importantly sorted out my problem quickly and efficiently. Perhaps Vodafone might like to try introducing human-to-human interaction. You never know it might just catch on !!!”
