Huge que in the shop, poor volume of products in stock chaos at the tills. Just walked out.

I know a lot of people moan about the Boots in Bookham, but I have had a pleasant experience with the staff here. From checking that I can get my prescription through to texting me to say that the prescription was ready for collection. The staff both times have been very pleasant and friendly . It’s like they want to go out of business. Unfriendly, inefficient, poorly stocked. Bookham deserves a better chemist on the High Street.
