“Staff are friendly and work hard to help everyone with their queries and prescriptions. My only issue is that repeat prescriptions cannot be ordered when picking up the current month’s prescription. You have to call the pharmacy and whilst I understand this is policy, it’s not a policy that is helpful. Unfortunately I often run out of my medication because I lead a very busy life and I often forget to call up in time to order again.”
