All staff are so welcoming and friendly and have always gone above and beyond to help me out, even though they were never my original go-to pharmacy: such as ordering in emergency medication when I was in dire need, adding reminders/texts when my items are available and even becoming familiar with my meds and asking if I knew how to use each variety of medication and explaining it to me (sounds simple I know, but many other pharmacists do not do this and just give you the bag). Couldn’t thank you guys enough for all that you do!”

“Generally great staff. It seems to be a difficult job where they aren’t given the tools to do it quick enough for the amount of customers they provide for in OAP Bookham. Even if it’s sometimes a huge slow queue I give them 5 stars. Ps. Go after 5pm for no queue.”

Excellently dealt with my prescriptions, whilst the Covid vaccinations were ongoing, people asking for lists of shopping, and the queue outside is testament to the fact we choose to still come here, if a little slow at times, because 9 times out of 10, we get what we need.”
