Generally great staff. It seems to be a difficult job where they aren?t given the tools to do it quick enough for the amount of customers they provide for in OAP Bookham. Even if it?s sometimes a huge slow queue I give them 5 stars. Ps. Go after 5pm for no queue.

Anas was brilliant in sorting out my medicines. Although there was a delivery error, he still managed to resolve it and deliver the items.
His communication is brilliant and I'm very pleased with the service.
Well done Anas you are amazing!

The store manager Anas was incredibly helpful, he made sure that everyone in the queue was aware of the short staff issue. It is clear that this was exactly the type of manager Bookham Boots needed. Anas dealt with a previous issue with curtesy and respect. Highly reccomend those who have been previous put out or off by historical management to give it another go. The entire atmosphere has changed for good! Well done Anas and team!!!

It's always sooooo slow here. Feels chronically understaffed. And the staff that are here couldn't care less.

The phone was answered quickly. The store manager was very helpful and polite. When I arrived at the store there was no queue. The staff member on the counter knew what I had come for and directed me to the store manager. Both men were helpful, polite and friendly. I cannot thought the service I had received.

I had an issue caused by the previous management at Bookham boots. I spoke with Anas the manager who was keen to help and had the issue resolved in one afternoon. He even followed up with a call the same afternoon to confirm he had resolved the issue.
I have never found this boots to be very good/reliable but I truly believe that Anas wants to do his best to turn the management around. I hope he succeeds and wish him all the best.

Not good. If you have option to use another pharmacy other than boots then do it. I will be.

Incompetence on a scale that you would normally have to train for . Gave my mums tablets out to a person that was not authorised to collect them and hadn?t been authorised for over 4 years . They didn?t ask for ID either. We had asked for that persons number to be removed and was told it had been , it hadn?t and now all of a sudden they start texting this person. Girl behind counter was rather dismissive when I asked to collect them . Didn?t care that a stranger had collected them either. Also I?d like to add Boots is a private company owned by a larger American company it has nothing to do with the NHS other than it fills prescriptions . Mind you it seems to share the ability to waste money and be a bit inefficient.

I know a lot of people moan about the Boots in Bookham, but I have had a pleasant experience with the staff here. From checking that I can get my prescription through to texting me to say that the prescription was ready for collection. The staff both times have been very pleasant and friendly . Well done Boots for doing what I?ve asked for ?

It?s like they want to go out of business. Unfriendly, inefficient, poorly stocked. Bookham deserves a better chemist on the High Street.

Dreadful service at this Boots -avoid if possible. The prescription service is notorious for making you wait for the simplest of prescriptions.

If I could give Zero stars I would have , Totally inept, nobody has a clue which is very worrying as they supposedly dispense controlled substances.Not for the first time my wife was told come back in 10 to 15 mins so she did and sorry not ready yet so she went back 1 hr later to be told they were just filling the prescription right then only to be told 20 mins later after she again enquired that the computer was down and they could not dispense any drugsI am a disabled wheelchair user waiting for my wife to collect me in the pooring rain because theese fools can't or won't do there job properly.I Will be making a formal complaint as this is a pattern of repeated behaviour.
