I took my daughter in to be seen for an ear infection. Staff were very efficient and polite. The pharmacist took time to get all the information, had a caring manner and were very polite. I can't thank the staff enough, a very good experience and she is starting to recover nicely.

Pharmacy closes from 1-2pm. No signs. No notices. Eventually after waiting for 5 minutes while a member of staff was filling bags I was told, very rudely, and unapologetically that the pharmacy was closed until 2. So rude!

I had an issue and the pharmacist was incredibly helpful and had a good sympathetic approach giving sound advise taking me in the consulting room
