I have just visited your store on Guildford High Street and I’m shaken. Me and my husband wanted to get last bits and an alcoholic drink before we go back home. We used self checkout but for the drink to be approved we needed staff member. There was one woman behind the counter but she did not move just stared at us.... read full comment
