It's a great store and I love the staff BUT the opening hours are a nightmare, changing one week to another at short notice, you can't rely on it being open past 17:00

Meal Deal is unusable. Half the products supposedly signposted as in the meal deal aren't actually in the meal deal, or don't come up as such on the till. Gave up and went somewhere else.

The elevator at this M&S has been out of action for far too long. It's been in desperate need of repair for years, and the continued lack of action is unacceptable. It's especially disheartening that people with mobility issues or parents with prams are effectively excluded from accessing the food hall. It feels like accessibility... read full comment
