I went into the Farnham branch today with a complicated request to transfer quite a lot of money into different accounts. Have no branch in Whitehill and Bordon so it’s always a car journey and parking costs

I would like to thank Kelly in your Farnham branch. I went to the bank and needed to transfer some money, close a few account and open a new ISA. It was close to 1 o'clock which was the lunch break time, but she helped me with all these without any complain. She was really patient and kind!
