“First time at this garage today very early in the morning and was greeted really nicely by the person stocking the shelves, then when being served the person behind the counter had a great aura about him really friendly and chatty this early in the morning that is a rarity. If it was my local I would be in there everyday as customer service was great.

“I have been dealing with my deceased mothers estate for the past couple of months and have dealt with nightmare bureaucracy across multiple banks and financial institutions. “Great customer service. Visited this garage on Friday to get some Petrol and oil for my car. One of your colleagues (apologies I didn’t catch his name) was a great help to me in finding the correct oil I needed and when their card readers went down he was very calm and was helpful to the customers until they went back online. Visit was between 18-18:30 on Friday, colleague was a gentleman with glasses.Would like to pass on my thanks to him :)”

“Very nice looking and clean station with kind staff, and Little Waitrose. Prices for the fuel are average, for everything else a bit higher than average, but not unacceptable.
Recently I had a strange issue. Staff member scanned one bottle of the screenwash, but on the bill somehow the system added the second one. I think this may be because of the offer 2 for £12.
After all I just took the second bottle, and everything is fine.
It looks the billing system is a bit messy, so it is worth checking if the bill is correct.”
