“I went into Lloyds bank Fleet Road to handle some banking admin and ask for some help.Julia, one of the accountants there was so helpful, efficient and friendly. She sorted my administrational needs out, explaining well what I needed to do. Very polite and personable. She make me feel very welcome and aided me very nicely.It must have only taken 10 minutes to sort me out but she did it so well and the customer service was so professional and personable.Tha k you.”

“Easy parking for this atm. A little too close to the entrance of the shop. Lovely silver keys which are soft on the hands. Lovely high res screen so you can see clearly how little money you have in your account. Counts notes reliably and delivers them without complaint all hours of the day.”
