“First time visiting this branch to finalise opening an account I had applied for online. I received a warm welcome and the staff member knew exactly what to do based on what I had be told by telephone banking staff. I was done in less than a couple of minutes, very efficient.”

“Missed out on the 5th star because its just a digital branch with no counter staff - too common these days. However, a recent visit with my elderly dad was made so much easier by Lynn's friendly and professional help on the front desk.”

They listened to me moaning about Utilita and sorted out my heating and electricity bills. Very impressed with the service and a big thank you to Keith. Cheers, Greg Hall LR, MRICS and Architect.Good shop. Clean and tidy.”

“When all the covid hoo-ha started, the queue to get in went halfway to B&Q, but there's no queue at all now. I've always shopped at Asda and found them quite good. Online shopping is hit-and-miss, but instore it's fine. Watch out for sell-by dates, though. Finally! They've discovered the 21st century! The carpark now takes cards; pay on exit. First 15 mins are free.Edit: they've stung me twice recently with prices. If you're buying household goods, check the advertised price is correct before going to the till. They're getting dodgy lately.”
