3 times I have visited, and twice i have been overcharged on shop purchases. I queried on 2 occasions after asking for a receipt as it seemed too much, and was then told it was an error on the scanner over counting. EV charger only gets up to 36kw on CCS. Not as advertised 180. One of the charging stations has never worked or is on since summer 2023. Today is 6th December 2023. Please fix it!
