“Went to have a eye test and change my glasses, I’d had a problem with my right eye so had the more in-depth X-ray at a cost of £25, it discovered a condition at the back of the eye, the optician contacted my local hospital eye clinic there and then, the hospital called me the next day with an appointment (2 days later). I was operated on inside a month, the service I received from Boots and the hospital was outstanding. I’ve had to wait for the hospital to give me the all clear to now have another eye test and get new glasses. I’m now waiting for the new glasses to be delivered at the shop.”
