“I was treated very kindly, I got my appointment time wrong and was an hour early, fortunately the optician reorganised her lunch break and slotted me in in a very short time!All the colleagues on the shop floor were also kind and attentive.Test itself was very detailed and good feedback was given.I only gave 4 out of five as the shop itself was very cold!!!”

“What an excellent experience compared to Wells Chemist on the Timken development. This chemist is fantastic from start to finish. The initial lady who served was polite, friendly, professional, helpful and courteous. She had just finished serving and elderly gentleman to who she couldn’t have been more helpful or supportive. The pharmacist was equally friendly, polite, professional, supportive and engaged. This is in complete contrast to the behaviours at Wells Chemist on the Timken estate next to the doctors in Duston. “Excellent service - though some customers seem to blame them for the failings of other services such as the GP's (who do make mistakes with prescriptions - when they are open that is), nation-wide medication supply shortages, or 111 who just say "go to the pharmacy" not knowing how busy that pharmacy might be. Those customers are "happy" to wait weeks for a GP appointment or many hours in A&E but can't wait 10 minutes waiting for a prescription........Remember folks, your local pharmacy is a private business & not part of the nhs!”

I thought it would be a pain to get all the prescriptions set up but Unidrug have been really helpful, and now deliver the dosette boxes to our house every week, as well as being very helpful and prompt when I have to order items that are not in the regular dosette.
