She knew what was needed and gave the best deal for the price as they varied a lot. She showed the different colours for the transitions and which was best for our needs. Would recommend.”

“I visited my caravan at Pakefield for the weekend and felt rubbish sore throat cough congestion ... popped along to the pharmacist who was better than most Dr's.... suggested a cough mixture to break up the congestion... explained what the two main ingredients were for ... advised not to take for more than a week and take in conjunction with paracetamol or lemsip. Today 4 days later starting to feel some relief.”

“I was visiting my Mum and had forgot my medication. I rang my GP surgery and they sent through a prescription to Haydens. One of the pills needed to be ordered and they did this as a special then rang me when they were ready. Fabulous service, thank you ver much !”

“I've always found every pharmacist here quick & thorough with my prescriptions. As well as polite, approachable & helpful. Along with all other staff. They also have an excellent range of chemist items from dressings to natural remedies, household cleaning & personal hygiene products at very reasonable prices. A good range of stock for the size of the premises. Also seating if you're waiting for a prescriptions or feeling unwell & a small private room for consultations/flu vaccines etc.”

“This is an excellent Boots branch to find real bargains: They have a good discount section at most times, although they dot this at various places around the store, so sometimes its hard to find. The store has a Lancome and a Clinique counter, which are staffed by people dedicated to that product. This is good, as they can give you advice, although I have noticed that they tend to target a particular type of customer (Middle aged women who look like they can splash out on skincare!) Healthcare/makeup and perfume products are located on the ground floor, with children's clothing, baby items, gifts, cards, and the photo department upstairs. Most of the staff are wonderful and really helpful-they will let you know if you can take advantage of points, or BOGOF offers which you may have forgotten. This is one of my favourite stores in Lowestoft!”
