“Visited today for travel innoculations. Friendly and efficient service, and plenty of availability. This may be because the clinic is so hard to find, tucked down an alley next to WH Smith on King Street. The web site should include directions, not simply a street number which in any case is not displayed on the building.”

“Lovely team at Online Chemist!! I went here for some travel vaccinations and they went very smoothly. Despite not being able to get my second dose of one of the vaccines (due to nationwide shortage), I would recommend this clinic. Staff, especially the pharmacist, were very helpful and welcoming!”
“Brilliant service. Was prescribed unusual medication by JPH. The pharmacist went above and beyond to try and source it as it was an emergency. In the end, wasn’t available anywhere so they tried to arrange a replacement prescription. Whilst waiting for an out of hours GP to raise one, kept me informed by phone constantly. First class service and assistance.”

“As I have recently been diagnosed with bells palsy i am so insecure of my facial features, my eye was extremely dry due to non closure and I went to the pharmacy for advice I met this lovely lady behind the pharmacy with short blonde hair (unfortunately she didnt have a name badge on) she was incredible, she went above and beyond for me today and even wished me well on my recovery. “Staff are always friendly and courteous, the shop is well laid out with things easy to find, my only complaint is.. WHY are they closed on a Saturday ?? when people work all week they cannot always get in on a weekday to pick up prescriptions etc etc .”
