I had a nail in a tyre and removed the tyre myself and took to HiQ.The service was excellent, the didn't have the tyre in stock -and I didn't expect them to as it was an unusual size. They quickly checked and arranged to have it delivered the same day.Later that day they called to say my wheel was ready and new tyre fitted....

I dropped in hoping for someone to help with a slow puncture. It was about an hour's wait, which wasn't a problem as their waiting area is great and has WiFi. They fixed the issue with the valve for no charge! What a find!
