I had a nail in a tyre and removed the tyre myself and took to HiQ.The service was excellent, the didn't have the tyre in stock -and I didn't expect them to as it was an unusual size. They quickly checked and arranged to have it delivered the same day.Later that day they called to say my wheel was ready and new tyre fitted. They checked the manufacturers pressure etc.I took the tyre gome and fitted. A few days later (today)I dropped in and asked if they could check the torque on the wheel nuts. No problem at all, and they checked and confirmed good straight away.A fantastic service, and very friendly people. Would highly recommend. Thank you

I dropped in hoping for someone to help with a slow puncture. It was about an hour's wait, which wasn't a problem as their waiting area is great and has WiFi. They fixed the issue with the valve for no charge! What a find!

I've been plagued for years by an intermittent fault with a fan which won't stop when the ignition is switched off. Happened again this week, so I drove up and even though they were busy they ran a diagnosis, and identified a faulty relay. New one ordered, fitted next day, and they only charged me for the part. Brilliant service.

Went this morning to top the oil up on my car. Had a 40 minute wait to get seen to and was charged £28 for a 5 minute job. Avoid.
