“Not a bad range of trainers, especially Nike Air Force Ones which apparently are the new school uniform shoes. The staff at JD Sports are friendly enough, although they stand over you like prison warders while you try on the shoes - I guess most of the customers try to do a runner when they've got their hands on a matching pair. So if you enjoy feeling like a criminal and are in the market for a nice new pair of trainers, I thoroughly recommend this store.”

“I think primark has changed a lot. It used to be my proper go to clothing store for price and quality but now they've gone more upmarket on some things which seem a little overpriced and the thin strapped tops this year seem to be thinner material. It still has its bargains but it's not the same I don't think”

“I personally have used Moss Bros Ipswich for a long time now, more so in the past for day to day work suits when in a different job role.

I recently returned to get a suit for a funeral this time. As always though I received the same positive experience as my previous visits. Calvin and his team are polite, friendly and above all super helpful. I’ve always been impressed by their patience and helpful assistance when it comes to trying on various sizes etc to get what your comfortable with. In addition to this when needing to change a shirt recently, Calvin also made this a very straightforward hassle-free process as well.

Calvin in particular is an asset to both the tailoring/retail industry and if his team continue with the same attitude/approach in the future they will do very well! ?”

“Went to Go Outdoors in Ipswich specifically to have a look at gas regulators for a Cadac BBQ. What I wanted hadn't been easy to source, and I had found it difficult to get a straight answer on the internet. I asked if there was anyone in particular who could help me. A guy stepped forward (I didn't get his name), and he was incredibly helpful. He came to my car to check the BBQ and fittings for me. Then, suggested an alternative which works better than what I thought I was looking for. Super knowledgeable and helpful.”

“Been here a few times over the years ,And bought mainly air gun pellets, always very friendly staff no hard sell.Can have a good look roundAt their things for sale.Considering it's a fairly small shop good selection of guns and accessories.Prices are not to bad either.Definitely worth a visit.”

“I do love TK Maxx, always a great variety of bits and the store is always tidy, it's not a jumble mess like some can be. Price wise I honestly think there are plenty of clothing options that can compete with Primark - often of better quality too!”

“Visited the shop in town a month or so back. It was an early morning, Sunday, the shop was very well organised. I browsed a bit around, it looks like it has a variety of clothes and styles availability, which I liked. I did not like so much (that s why 4 stars) that the maternity and curves sections are completely missing. Very poor management choice. Lara (I believe that's her name) was working on the morning, I walked in with a list of items I looked up online,and she was happy to look at the list, to see if they did have anything in store (which they didn't,). I felt very at ease with her, she was approachable and professional. Thank you.”

Always clean, nice calm atmosphere. I often visit. Lovely cheese scones, also noticed gluten free scones are available.

Has a bubble tea once, just ok.

Think they have taken the jacket potatoes off the menu, which is a real shame!

Pricing, rather responsible; £1.50 for a flavoured sparkling water, you can have a glass if you wish. Cheese scone £2.75. Think the jacket potatoes used to be about £6, bubble tea about £3.50/£4 I think.”

“OMG after several weeks of clothes shopping and getting nowhere. Found a shop with everything in my size 22/24. Some were even to big for me. Clothes were exactly the same as on line. But most IMPORTANTLY the staff were friendly and very helpful. Even during there busy time. Was in there a good two hours. They couldn't do enough for me. At times felt I was being waited on hand and foot. Came out feeling like Julia Roberts in pretty women with 5 outfits. Thank you so much. Best shopping experience I had in 58 years.”

“Desperate to to find cricket equipment I had bought it before at Smyths however I recently injured my hip so walking was agony.
I came across a staff member “Dave”; What a guy ! He checked store stock then went to check other stores like Argos and Sports Direct on the internet which is something I should have done.
Being 72 years old it didn’t cross my mind.
I would like to say Dave went above and beyond to help ensure customer satisfaction.
It was not our first visit, I dropped both my grandchildren off with a wad of cash each first thing in fact we sat outside as we were a hour early. That’s another reason to check the internet.
All ended well they both learned how to play cricket ? a game they had never heard of ?
All enjoyed it. I obviously had to have a runner
Both wanted to play again today but rain has stopped play. Hats off to “Dave” you made our final school holiday days memory makers.

“Shop in town not helpful but this shop helped solve a big problem. The manufacture of two pairs of matching trousers i bought a pair of did not match size though the garments read the same size. Both 34 inch but one pair was more like a 32 Nightmare but they helped me find one size up and all sorted . The company who makes the pants had changed the 34 inch pants I’ve always have bought in the past”
