“I had a lovely experience in Dovercourt Superdrug yesterday, when a member of staff overheard me talking to a friend when I was looking for a product. The staff member asked if she could help, when she was actually just about to leave her shift and finish for the day! The customer service experience was second to none and thank you for taking the time to help me with my search for the item. Superdrug should be very proud of their 'super' staff. Sadly I did not get the name of this member of staff, but thank you again for your help and going out of your way.”
