“Yours Clothing is my favorite. My first impression of this shop hadn't been positive but maybe it was just my opinion. Went there again today to change two shirts I bought and even as one shirt has been bought in Southend on Sea there was no problem. Staff has been really friendly and polite”

“Large airy store. Clothes and shoes more suitable for the older person or for outdoor living. I.e. waterproof coats and shoes. No children's clothes. Changing rooms available which are clean and tidy.Easy returns and online shopping also can collect and return online orders to the store.”

“Always worth a wander around sometimes lots of items of interest sometimes nothing at all. Discounts don't seem as good as they used to be, and some items seem to be made especially for their outlet stores”

“My favourite shop always find something that I like and usually buy. Clothes priced reasonable, shop set up so you can scan to see what you like. Staff very helpful, if goods not in stock usually ordered and delivered in store in a couple of days. Then when you’ve finished shopping you can further relax within the coffee shop inside Next. Brilliant x”

“WELL DONE EDINBURGH WOOLLEN MILL Finally I found a dress and T shirt for the Jubilee weekend !!!I went to Clacton unexpectedly this afternoon and was drawn in by the window displays that were filled with more red white and blue than the whole of Colchester Town Centre where I searched yesterday!!!! The two lovely ladies there helped me with sizes and I overheard them saying they had reached their target for the day down to the exact penny, so we were all happy that I bought three items which took them above target with half an hour still to go before closing time. Thank you clearly your buyers didn't miss the trick every other clothes shop have. Get there quick if you haven't got your outfit yet!”

“Would like to say thank you to the store manager today. We took a watch back to ask if they could have a look at adjusting the metal strap. She said she will try and have a look but said that we may have to leave it there for them to have a look later during the week. She took our contact details and said that they will call us when the watch was ready to be collected later during the week. We left it with them and she took the time to have a look and she called us back about 45mins later to say that she had managed to adjust the strap. What great service and what a nice person. Fantastic customer service....thank you.”
