“My GF shrank a nice wool cardigan by following the washing instructions. Not amused. She'd ditched the receipt but the nice people in the shop allowed her to change it and even arranged for a replacement one to be brought over from another shop by the area manager. Superb customer service and really nice people.”

“I’ve not taken the name of the girl but I would like to give her 5 stars for being absolutely lovely and helping beyond expectations.She was very young and was wearing hoodie x I found a dress and was quite dirty so she looked all over shop for another one .Then she tried to find 1 online and when there was none left in stock she offered discount and advise me to use vanish to clean it( yes girl it worked perfect) . Such a breath of fresh air she was hope she gets promotion as definitely asset to this shop .”
