“Amazing and helpful. 111 were supposed to send over my prescription as it was out of hours, but when I arrived it hadn't come through. They could see I was a bit distressed about it not being there so he did an emergency supply until I could get to my doctors when it was open. Brilliant, caring, professional and friendly.
