“I visited today for travel vaccines. I had no idea about the whole process as this is my first time. I rang Smarta Healthcare and a lovely lady was very informative and friendly and answered all my questions. She booked me in for a consultation the following day and said there may be a chance to get them all done. I brought my 4 year old with me and the Pharmacist was so friendly and patient and didn't pressurise me at all (I was worried about not taking all the vaccines as money is tight) but she helped me to make my decisions without judging. My daughter did so well with the injection and I think the lovely calm environment and staff played a big factor in this. Thanks so much. Kim”

“Visited the pharmacy today for some travel vaccinations. I was seen straight away by Vee, the pharmacist who was very friendly and professional and administered the vaccinations efficiently and painlessly. A great service which I struggled to find locally so was delighted when I got an appointment for the next day. Highly recommend!”

“This is a medium sized Boots that carries a reasonable range of stock. It does feel like it needs a re-fresh, but probably won't get it as the town centre around it is almost completely closed. Good if you're in town already, but Bedford as a shopping destination is very poor.”
