When you need something done and when you try and phone the staff up to ask for help you don’t get a answer from the phone I thought it is 24 hours staff on the desk at your service but clearly not they are useless at answering the phone. Warm welcome on checking in. On returning after our evening out, we discovered someone had driven their car into the front reception, and it was wedged in the reception desk.
