“Needed a couple bits repaired on my bike, so I arranged a bike assessment and received a phone call a few hours after I'd dropped it off advising me on costs. I agreed to the costs and got another call later letting me know everything was complete and my bike was ready to collect. When I arrived I was greeted by staff. I picked up a few extra items and then was served quickly by a friendly member of staff. All in all a good experience ?”

“Good upgrade price cheaper than quote by the network direct. Got a £25 Currys pc world gift card just for upgrading with them in store. Also got a 2nd awesome deal on a iPhone X for my partner. Customer service was great from Phil. Thankyou”

“Always a good selection of modern paperbacks, admittedly a bit more expensive than other charity shops but the books are current and in very good condition. They have a good children's section, as well as the usual gardening, cookery, geography etc, plus a small selection of other Oxfam products, eg cards, chocolate etc.We always go in if we go to Bury St Eds, never leave empty handed. The staff are nice too.”
