Craig was great with the demo set up and let me spend a good hour listening to the P3 using the same Rega IO amp I run at home. We also ended up talking about my speaker setup and I ended up buying a new set of Bowes and Wilkinson 702 S2s and now having this lot set up at home I'm very happy with the end result, vinyl and CDs sound amazing. After waiting for about 5 minutes I was briefly spoken to by a staff member who had slowly walked over to me, I explained the issue and she pointed at her colleague Dom and was like he is who you need to speak with (but he was engaged with customers). Anyways along comes Jay. On his way out no doubt done for his shift. I spoke with jay when I collected it two weeks prior. He listened to the problem, offered to take a look. He checked stock levels incase it was not repairable as a back up. But having a look he found and solved the issue. On both visits to the store Jay has been the staff member to stand out and deliver excellent customer service. Thanks for fixing my issue.”
