“I visited the Bury St Edmunds store today with my daughter. I purchased a fragile glass vase and went to the checkout to pay for it. We were very impressed by Marcus on the checkout. He went above and beyond when wrapping the fragile vase ensuring it was safely wrapped in bubble wrap for it’s journey home. His attention to detail and good service was superb!!!!
