Paul handled my return and then took my measurements, provided me suitable garments to try on, assessed the wear, ordered the required sizes to my suit choice for delivery to my home. “A huge thank you to the lovely ladies in Bury St Edmunds Phase 8.They all helped me in my purchase of the Blue Chain shirt dress.They suggested I went down a size and kindly ordered it to come from another store for me. It was really quick in arriving and they rang me as soon as it was in store to try on. They were spot on with their sizing suggestion, as the size down looked perfect. This is the bonus of being able to try things on in store, as if I had ordered it online, I would have now been sending it back for the size down which is all faff.. “Needed a couple bits repaired on my bike, so I arranged a bike assessment and received a phone call a few hours after I'd dropped it off advising me on costs. I agreed to the costs and got another call later letting me know everything was complete and my bike was ready to collect. When I arrived I was greeted by staff. I picked up a few extra items and then was served quickly by a friendly member of staff. All in all a good experience ?”

“Took my disabled Mum to Bury St Edmunds this morning and was helped by Michelle who really was an Angel. Michelle helped Mum on and off with various coats, gilets and cardigans. “I visited this Tk Maxx branch yesterday with my husband and children, it was a lovely day with the family, and to make my day even better I was served by Marcus, who was an absolute credit to the store and company, Marcus is truly an ambassador to Tk Maxx and I hope they appreciate and realise what such an exceptional young person they have working for this company, Marcus has such fabulous and wonderful customer service, which I have never experienced whilst shopping in any shop or at any Tk Maxx branch in my life!! Marcus went above and beyond his job role and had such a lovely chat with me, my husband and my children, I said to Marcus after he asked if we’re doing anything nice this weekend I have a birthday present for a friend and I don’t have any time to wrap it (in conversation), Marcus suggested that we could buy both wrapping paper and a card in store and if we wanted to buy some Marcus could quickly wrap it in store for us, “as his special VIP secret service!!” after this I hurried upstairs found some wrapping paper, bows, ribbon and a lovely card and paid for the items at the till and Marcus got straight to work whilst I wrote the card wrapping the presents I brought in store, whilst adding bows and ribbons and after this he even found me some lovely white tissue paper to display the presents in the gift bag with, Marcus replied at the end once he gave me my receipt, that he hoped my friend had a lovely birthday and that we all have a wonderful weekend and a lovely evening, I have never felt so lost for words and in shock that this was TK MAXX CUSTOMER SERVICE!! or any shops customer service, I have experienced poor and rude customer service in this store in the past, but after this visit today I will definitely return to just see Marcus alone!”

“Massive shop , huge selection, Ladies in changing rooms had so much to deal with clothes being left after ppl tried them in but kept a good attitude, also when asked gave us a great local restaurant recommendation ?. Kawaii cosplay style young lady?”

“I visited the store today & staff had done their upmost to be welcoming while keeping within advised covid guidance. The clothes are beautiful & will last years. The changing room looked (& smelt) spick & span & is cleaned after each use.”

“Went into this shop because it said ‘SALE’ in the window. I found 3 things I liked and the very helpful shop assistant put the items in a changing room as I found them. We were offered, and accepted, a cup of coffee which even came with a biscuit. I tried on the 3 items and ended up buying all three as they were lovely. Never done that before; found things I liked the look of, tried on and bought. Normally one has to look for different sizes, or whatever.It was a delightful shopping experience as the items were beautifully wrapped in tissue paper, and the two cashmere items even came in their own ziplock bags, as I keep them at home. I shall certainly be visiting Olivia Benn every time I go to Bury, now.”

“I would like to praise the manager and his assistant.. Kieron Turner and Michelle Byrne for dealing with a difficult problem for me . I can’t thank them enough, unlike the appalling treatment I experienced at the Costessey store on tues 29th aug ,the manager was extremely rude and had no skills at all with dealing with the public . I was upset and angry with my treatment . He needs retraining.Thankfully the brilliant staff at the Bury St Edmunds branch sorted everything out five stars and thank you .”
