“A lovely shop. Clean tidy and well organised. I come for coffee syrup and I got to say the household section is the most organised that I have seen in any tk max. Clearly they take care in presentation. Found what I needed and found staff I did not need but purchased it as displayed good. Who ever sorts this section should show other tk max stores. It really is the best tk max store. The lift clean and staff lovely.”

“Shopped there for Christmas presents, nice young lad called Ciaran helped me, breath of fresh air he was, he knew all the stock showed me ideas,such a well mannered lad best shopping experience I've had for ages nothing was too much trouble for him.He knew how to give the perfect experience to a shopper .credit to the shop and I didn't get that from any other shop I went in to spend my money.”

“I received my bike 4 days before my collection day, very pleased with that,the way the bike was handed over to me was a bit unprofessional, when adjusting the handle bars a member of staff not only damaged the paint on the bolt, he also didn’t tighten it properly leaving the connection between the handle bars and the gooseneck loose. I had to rectify the mistake myself when i got home. Other than that I will definitely recommend Halfords with the advice not to deal with the short guy who wear glasses, he looked lost and clueless.”

“Emma was INCREDIBLY helpful and gave AMAZING customer service.
Our film-making team needed face-paints / heavy-duty makeup and approached Superdrug 'on spec' to see if they could help.
Emma greeted us with a really friendly demeanour. She used her stock knowledge to say we might be in luck with left-over hallowe'en stock. She searched the stock rooms to find what we needed. Price-checked it for us. AND then went back to the stock rooms to find another colour palette she thought might be useful - Which we also purchased. At checkout she arranged loyalty card sign-up and points, and wished us luck with filming. Emma - You smashed it and we came away remarking on the experience you gave. GREAT STUFF.”

“Our favourite store to go to, we like to get their take away pizzas. Today the counter was closed sadly and nobody could really tell me whether they will reopen or not. I've noticed lady who worked there previously who was in bakery this time. I asked her about the situation and she very kindly offer to come and make me two pizzas despite being busy with other stuff. Her name is Lucia and she's always going extra mile in what she does always with a big smilesl as well!! Thank you Lucia ??!!!”

“Cheap cheerful most importantly safe I go for work cloths staff always friendly easy to park and always clean. I would like to remind reviewers on google that this is not a shoe shop it is a sports shop which sells a large variety of items and NOT just shoes....
Secondly this is a cheap shop if you are wanting the professionalism of a named branded shop YOU WILL BE PAYING MORE which as you are shopping at sports direct you know there is a compromise in staff quality in order to get products at the price they sell. As for the staff.... Well the customers i see in this store are far from polite towards them and CUSTOMERS seem to have a stunted vocabulary when addressing staff members. Ultimately your the product of your own environment.

Please be polite as the staff are doing there job, alternativly go else where and pay extra.... As most would rather complain and take the cheaper price”

“Not been in an H&M store for a few years but popped into the Kettering branch recently. Absolutely lovely experience! The fashion is bang on trend and complimentary to all body types, the colours and designs! Very nice! The staff were also so helpful. Always smiling and willing to help by obtaining an item in another size if you're in the changing room. Excellent customer service which you don't get everywhere these days. Well done H&M and their Kettering team. Thank you.”
