“I’m a newbie purchaser to Jacks, I’ve always popped in. Totally blown away by the help and support I was shown trying to find the perfect pair of high waisted (me) boot cut jeans on Saturday. The sales lady was spot on and listened and found me the perfect pair. Not sure of her name but think she had a lime green jumper on, jeans and white trainer type shoes. She was most helpful. “I am so grateful for the kindness shown in store today. I'm autistic and the returns process completely overwhelmed me, I ended up in tears. The staff treated me so kindly, and took it upon themselves to phone customer services and return the items on my behalf.As my daughter gets overwhelmed in shops, and is also an awkward size, we order online to try on at home. Naturally that means a large order with only a few items kept. Today I returned the items to the MH store and was reminded that we have to create a return on the app. So I needed to do it in store. I was 3/4 through and the app refreshed. I was already very stressed as none of the item descriptions matched what was on the dispatch note, the dispatch note didn't have the clothes sizes and the app didn't have prices nor the barcode number so I was left guessing. Being forced to do something where I could be returning the wrong thing, it was very triggering.I will try to remember to do this at home in future, but if the app refreshes again, the staff offered to return in store using the telephone method to allow me to avoid the same pain.However if anyone from New Look reads this, I would strongly advise that the return app needs reviewing for user friendliness.”

“Argos is a place where you can find anything which you can't get in market. I was looking for green salad mixture bowl to match with kitchen interior. After couple of minutes search found it but out of stock.
Staff on counter was very helpful. The lady told me they just received delivery now and give couple of minutes to get my stuff. After 5mins, she was there with box to made me happy. Thanks to her”
