“We cannot thank the Waveney House Hotel enough for making our wedding day so special. Leading up to the big day, Georgia was amazing in helping us plan our day, we met with Georgia a couple of times to go through our visions for the day and she was fantastic. If I needed to talk something through with her she was only an email away to answer any questions or worries I may have had about the day, no matter how small my question may have been! What we loved about the venue was the beautiful scenery (getting married with the view of the broads was so special!) and how we were able to book all the rooms out for the wedding night. All rooms were booked by our wedding party and our guests and we were able to have a breakfast all together the day after the wedding, which was a lovely touch. The night before the wedding, I stayed in a beautiful room with my bridesmaid and my husband stayed in another beautiful room with his best man, meaning the next day we could wake up and get ready for our special day in the rooms. Our wedding day was truly the best day of our lives, everything was perfect, down to the ceremony, the wedding breakfast and the wedding reception. One of my favourite moments was after the wedding breakfast where our wedding guests all ‘mingled’ outside by the sunny broads. The pictures our photographer were able to take by the water were fantastic! Thank you so much to the Waveney House Hotel again for making our wedding day so special, we highly recommend this amazing wedding venue.”

“The best pub in town by far ! Always great real ale available with a good selection of premium lagers, too. Nice selection of gins, and you need to try some of their great own mixed shots. Regular live music, karaoke most Fridays, Disco Bingo on Thursdays & Every Sunday is a Funday with Take Your Pick . There's always a friendly warm atmosphere in there.”

The breakfast was perfect, eggs were soft and yummy, bacon excellent and sausages were first-class, with tge beans, mushrooms and hash browns and toast, it was a great experience. Thank you Wetherspoons for a wonderful morning start. “Beautiful place. Stayed in the haddiscoe lodge. Which has 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. If you live in the city and need some peace I highly recommend coming to waveney Inn to relax. Super peaceful and the views from the lodge are stunning. Canoe and kayak hire at three rivers which is only a 5 minute drive. They clean the hot tub daily and prices are very reasonable.Kitchen is so nice to cook to it. Second time I've visited and so glad I did.”
