“Great hotel with absolutely brilliant helpful and friendly staff. Very handy location. Despite being located at a busy Motorway Service area it is quiet and peaceful. All facilities are a minutes walk away.. Only downside is there are no dedicated parking spaces for the Hotel you need to use the general services spaces.”

“This is an absolute gem of a hotel with wonderful staff, nice rooms and unbelievably lovely food.When we arrived, about 6pm, the whole pub was packed out with diners and we thought we'd have to go elsewhere. Thankfully, after checking in, a table became free. I had a mixed grill abd my wife had the butter chicken. They arrived in about 10 minutes, piping hot and some of the best food I'd ever tasted.If you're in the area, even if not staying in the hotel, I'd highly recommend booking a table at the Tamworth Arms.Thanks to everyone who looked after us.”

“I stayed here on 2 separate occasions i had a problem with one of the room cards and couldn't get back in to my room I went to Reception and spoke to Michelle her customer service was excellent she dealt with the problem straight away she was bubbly outgoing and had a very lovely smile and welcoming vibe it made us feel very comfortable she also checked us in when we arrived and her customer service was excellent she is definitely a good addition to the travelodge”
