“After visiting a store at Trentham I was advised to give thins store a call as i was looking for a pair of men’s Barbour Nimbus Ankle Wellington Boots in a size 8. Apple with Maura who confirmed they had a pair in an 8 and the colour I wanted. Arrived and spoke with Mark, who seemed new, yet answered my questions and didn’t try and ‘blag’ me with false answers…. This lad will go far if he carries on with the level of customer service he provided to myself and my wife on Saturday (14th Oct)It’s a superb store and I was like a kid in a candy store just walking round…. Best of all was the vintage bike on display…. 100% excellent service and makes men more than happy to go back and spend even more money - Well Done!!”
