This new refurbishment is ridiculous, products are scarce and it’s difficult to find what you want. the prices have also increased a massive amount. Used to be a fantastic shop. The staff are either nice or rude no in between. Would’ve have been 4 stars a few years ago

Usual supermarket experience but don't bother with scan and shop as I've been stopped for checking 4 times in 6 visits. Don't think I look that suspicious (!), but there does seem to be a permanent purge on. Presumably the system is so open to abuse, it needs to be constantly monitored.
