I made an appointment which I was greeted at the door, made to feel welcome to have a look around, I was pointed to the areas where I would see the type of style I was looking for, I found the consultation friendly, proffesional and very informative, it was a great experience.

Good choice of furniture pleasant staff but they do follow you around a bit and seem a little pushy.
