Ordered item online for click and collect the item showed as in stock, however the money has been taken from my account and 3 days later it's impossible to find out what happened to my order .
I''m being told that Currys are unable to phone their own store, that's rubbish!!

After purchasing a Beko tumble dryer which turned out to be faulty, and receiving an “uplift” code from the manufacturer, I called Currys customer service today (Fri 29th Aug) to find out how I could go about collecting a new item (it was less than 30 days old). Great store very helpful staff and found everything I wanted, but when it came to ordering as they were not on stock....They couldn't deliver to my home on Wales.....So will have to reorder when I get home hoping I can get the same discount !!!!!
