Both super pleasant and nothing too much trouble and so nice I nipped across the road and got them some chocs. “After purchasing a Beko tumble dryer which turned out to be faulty, and receiving an “uplift” code from the manufacturer, I called Currys customer service today (Fri 29th Aug) to find out how I could go about collecting a new item (it was less than 30 days old). They advised me to go to the store where I collected the item and speak to someone there, which I did. I was greeted by a young lady called Hooria, who (after getting some advice from a colleague) advised me that she would need to call a number specifically for the stores to sort out issues like this. Nobody was answering, so Hooria continually checked in on me, making conversation and keeping me updated. It took another 30 minutes or so to resolve things, only because no-one was answering the call. But Hooria explained everything along the way, kept us updated and continually reassured us that she was doing everything she could to sort this for us. She was a shining example of excellent customer service. In fact she’s the first person that has EVER convinced me to buy the extra cover for if anything happens to our new item! I really felt for the staff in the store as, despite trying their best to help us using the number they should be able to call for support, no-one was available to help them.
Regardless, they all worked together to get a resolution for us, and Hooria in particular was great. She’s a credit to the business ?”
