“The staff are very helpful - there is often fast response when we call. The waiting time was longer than the expected appointment time e.g ours was at 10:10 but we were called at 10:22 - the music and overall nice atmosphere compensated for that! A chemist is right next to the GP, so you can quickly get prescriptions.”

“Although it can be frustrating trying to get through at 8am when I did get through the receptionist was very helpful. I got a face to face appointment with a GP who was thorough.I was sent for the appropriate tests and had a follow up appointment for the results.I found the whole experience to be efficient except for the time it took to get through initially.”
