The staff are very helpful - there is often fast response when we call. The waiting time was longer than the expected appointment time e.g ours was at 10:10 but we were called at 10:22 - the music and overall nice atmosphere compensated for that! A chemist is right next to the GP, so you can quickly get prescriptions.

Never had a problem. Can usually get an appt same day. Staff are pleasant too.

I had a stroke in Aug 23 and my bloods returned NOT normal and yet Dr Singh (female) said to the Receptionist I’ve called her (she didn’t answer - no calls received ) please tell her bloods are normal, no further action needed.
