All the staff are lovely especially the lady staff.

Terrible customer service. Was waiting over 15 minutes with no acknowledgement from the staff. They didn't make eye contact, purposely looking away. Then, when we asked, we got a very rude response and they they carried on ignoring the customers. There were over 10+ customers waiting and no one was being served.

Thank you to the lovely pharmacist in Lichfield Tesco who took my blood pressure the other day as I was picking up a prescription. She was concerned enough to have me placed on 24 monitoring.
