“Visited Boots Pharmacy Lichfield today for my flu jab. Received excellent, professional care from the polite, well spoken pharmacist. At first I was unsure about choosing Boots for my flu jab as they are more expensive than other pharmacies locally but I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.”

“Thank you to the lovely pharmacist in Lichfield Tesco who took my blood pressure the other day as I was picking up a prescription. She was concerned enough to have me placed on 24 monitoring. She took a good deal of time to explain the process to me and even called me during the day to check that the monitoring equipment was working as it should be. People like this don’t get enough credit for the valuable service that they provide, but I would just like to say thank you to this pharmacist (sorry I don’t know the lady’s name) I would urge all those eligible to take advantage of this free opportunity to identify potential health problems before they become a real issue.”

“Always friendly and helpful when picking up my parents prescription monthly.I call a week in advance and they tell me the earliest collection date and time. Which is 4 working days. (2 days for GP to send then a further 2 days to ensure items are ready and ordered in time)I hear sometimes people complain in the queue about their items not ready but it’s very apparent they are turning up far too early and expect miracles.Yes this is a very busy pharmacy but the staff are very efficient and always helpful if there is a query.They now let 2 people in at a time and I feel safe with the screens and hand sanitiser available.The times I’ve been inside it’s clear to see the staff work very hard in the background and in good spirits.The phone seems non stop and the amount of delivery boxes to be seen just show what they have deal with.My parents have over a dozen items that I pick up for them and they are always ready in time.”
