Crystal in my opinion went above and beyond explaining that the item prescribed wasn’t available and that she would contact the GP to find a suitable alternative that they had on the shelf to ensure that my uncle received prompt treatment. She called me back to update me that the GP had prescribed an alternative and that they would deliver this afternoon. What can I say but a HUGE THANK YOU!! You truly went above and beyond.”
