Place is well lit and has a comforting yet clinical look to it. Appointments are easy to make and waiting times aren't all that long.”

“I always support independent pharmacies and after losing faith in an Aldridge pharmacy chose to have my prescriptions electronically sent to Broadway. My prescriptions are always filled in a timely manner and when repeats are issued without my knowledge they ring me to arrange collection. The staff and pharmacists are both pleasant and professional and always helpful with queries. As there main prescribing business is with the medical centre over the road I can understand why they elect to close at weekends but for those needing prescriptions filled early Morrisons pharmacy is open 7 days a week. I have no hesitation in recommending Broadway pharmacy.”

“We always struggled to get repeat prescriptions for a 4yr old, as you could only ring the doctors between certain times, and then be in a phone queue for up to 30 minutes, sometimes not getting through. Signing up to 118 Pharmacy has taken all the stress out. Easy to order a repeat prescription and they deliver, but above an beyond, someone has just delivered a Cadbury selection box for him, from them, for Christmas. Amazing! and thank you!”

“I went in last week and they were really helpful and fixed my elderly mother’s glasses while I waited (not even from boots).It’s clean and friendly and so much choice in frames. The staff are very attentive and kind. As I watch them with Auther customers whilst I waited I decided to change my Optition to them. I’ve had my appointment and they did not disappoint. Great staff in and out. Can’t wait to go again.”
