“Could have used another person on duty. There was a line from the pharmacy counter to the front door the whole time I was there waiting to pick up prescriptions. To their immense credit, the people working were pleasant, even with people who kept trying to get them to fix things that were due to their own error or their GP's or NHS rules. I don't think I could do it.”
