“It was okay if you like spending money. I needed the toilet but there was a tiny bit of poop on the seat and I do generally like to sit when I wee, alas not this time though! Afterwards I let staff know and they immediately sorted it. I made it almost suspiciously clear that it wasn't me who pooped on the seat but I'm pretty sure the staff member believed me. If you're reading this I promise it wasn't me, honestly. Although*if* it was me (again, it wasn't!!) I was treated with respect and dignity from the staff member who didn't make a fuss at all and was very professional around the matter. Genuinely though, I did not do any poops in Waitrose or anywhere else for that matter!!! I may use my own toilet later but I'll save that for another review, possibly the toilets brand? Laxido? I'm unsure where yet but trust me when I say I get all the poop in the bowl, every time. 4/5 due to poor timing on my part. Actually 5/5 because of how keen the staff was to clean it!! No, inline with the Google reviewers code I must go 4/5 because I don't like poop.”

“Great place for the weekly shopping or just to pop in. Great prices, parking for parent and child, disabled and everyone else. The Lidl app is also great for discounts, offers and deals”

“Morrisons is clean, has plenty to offer from food - fresh, frozen, ready to eat, a café, clothing, household decor, flowers and plants, pretty much everything you need under one roof with plenty of parking and a petrol station”

“Becky was really helpful when I took in my parcel for Hermes/Evri collection. Gave me more information about Morrisons rubbish inPost lockers that have large lockers that are never working and, I had a large parcel. I had taken the car journey to Morrisons where it doesn't state on website that the large lockers are not operating. I was really thankful Becky took care of the problem. Thank you Becky.”

“Brilliant refurbished store - it is so much better than before. Now feels so modern and you wouldn't think you were in the same store as before. High standards of shopfloor cleanliness and the staff are all friendly!”

“Now the store has been newly rebuilt and is now much bigger and better. the variety of the merchandise is now very good, i can find anything i want in this store. Another bonus is the 24hr opening during the week, i often pop in when i find myself wide awake at night. the fuel on sale is as you would expect, cheap.”

“I have used this store several time over the last few months. Parking is easy facing the store. There is a cash machine outside, near the store entrance.
The store has a good range of items and I have always found what I went in for. The staff have always been helpful and cheerful.

“Love Lichfield Iceland, lovely friendly staff, great offers, good service on delivery, lovely food only a small criticism sometimes the queues are a bit ridiculous but that may be due to staffing issues but nevertheless worth the wait”

“Thank you to the lovely pharmacist in Lichfield Tesco who took my blood pressure the other day as I was picking up a prescription. She was concerned enough to have me placed on 24 monitoring. She took a good deal of time to explain the process to me and even called me during the day to check that the monitoring equipment was working as it should be. People like this don’t get enough credit for the valuable service that they provide, but I would just like to say thank you to this pharmacist (sorry I don’t know the lady’s name) I would urge all those eligible to take advantage of this free opportunity to identify potential health problems before they become a real issue.”

“Got to love a Tesco Extra. I like this one a lot. There are obviously good and bad times to visit - avoid on Saturday or if there is food festival on in town. There are no parking machines but you get 3 hours as a shopper. There is a Yo Sushi stand and that is freshly made unlike the meal deal bits. The toy aisles are now branded under the Entertainer name - same brand as in the Three Spires. Costa coffee shop upstairs at the back and a car cleaning crew in the underneath parking bit.”
