“Popped in today for a few bits. I have been trying to avoid going out if I'm honest with the pandemic going on. I cannot fault this shop! Distancing markers and alerts all around, every aisle had arrows on so you could safely follow them around and the staff are so friendly. It was great to do a shop and not feel hurried, intimidated and it felt just normal!! I will keep returning here now anytime I require anything, so thank you ”
“I'd like to thank the young gentleman at this store that helped me with finding a local post office and making a call to them to ensure that they would take the amount of coins I had, he went beyond this into helping me back to my car with the said coins. He should get a pay rise.”

“A massive shout out to Tesco Rugeley who tonight have gone above and beyond for my husband. He is now confined to a mobility scooter or wheelchair and has not been shopping in a very long time. Tonight he went on his mobility scooter and the help and assurance he received from staff, Bianca in particular, and customers has gladdened his heart. These small acts of kindness have given him a tremendous boost. Thank you all x”
