“Goof place to shop, always have good range of items. Would have been a 5 star if the till staff would maybe spend an extra 30 seconds to be a little more cheerful instead of throwing items through the till and making you feel rushed.”

“Just wanted to give a shout out to Stacey (in the stafford branch) for her amazing customer service! I had a problem with one of the products I purchased and thought I just wasted £24 but after calling the branch she told me I could come down to site and she would sort it. when showing up she was extremely friendly and fixed the issue very quicky.

I spend on average £300 every month in this branch and will continue to do so due to her good service! The way she dealt with the problem retained a customer!

“Best Shop EVER and the meat is SUPERB I have been visiting this shop since before I could walk. The staff are truly magic and the food is just amazing. The Gammon joints are the best I have ever bought and at such a truly reasonable price ( winner of the GREAT TASTE awards ) the deli is open Tuesday to Saturday JUST GO .. it’s a very understated and a fabulous shop thank you for your always warm welcome and willing to help approach, this shop is a rare gem.”

There has been a renovation of the store, very nice and modern, still plenty of stock with great choices, staff are super friendly and helpful.

There has also been a cafe added, good coffee and as always, friendly staff.

“Not eaten here for a while. However, we decided to give it a go. Two lattes and shared a fish n chips. Absolutely superb, crispy batter, moist fish and crunchy fat chips. The coffees were piping hot. Excellent food and good value. Staff friendly and obviously take pride in their work. Positive changes here ?”

“Lots to choose from, shelves seemed to be well stocked. Had to wait ages to pay as not many staff were on tills. The car park is small in comparison and with the recent new road junction installed by our planners at Stafford BC, it's a nightmare now to leave as you have to join the queue of cars leaving Currys and Wickes.....”

The lovely caring shop assistant, Claudia, went off to find out if she could get a discount on the alternative product for me. She returned with a discount card and a £1 coin. She had taken the money from her own pocket, which I immediately returned to her. What a generous young lady, who clearly has a heart of gold. An asset to your company. “I use this co op very often. Staff are so lovely in this shop. The only thing that is dissapointing is the range of food available food. There is never any tuna sandwiches or much of an option for non meat eaters.”

“It's an OK shop but starting to get very expensive. There are always vages with food blocking the aisles. They now have self checkouts which helps with larger queues. Also a plastic recycling point in store! The car park outside is now on parking control so make sure you keep your receipt if your at the development for more then 90 mins!”

“The main service that I use here is the post office, and occasionally the dry cleaning franchise. Providing post office trained staff are available, the service is friendly and helpful. The dry cleaning service is excellent.”

“Good tesco as its 5 mins from my hoyse so good for shopping plus its now got one of the cheapest petrol stations in town gets busy on a friday and saturday ....so i use it on sunday .also get nice hot chicken from the hit good counter does me for a sunday dinner and cold sandwiches in week at work”
