“I had an issue with the customer service originally over the phone but in the end I popped into the store and got it all sorted!

They were really helpful in the shop with all my requests etc and I would definitely reccomend coming here! Way better than some other Halfords I’ve been to. We had slight price discrepancies but it was all sorted and overall a really good experience.
Thankyou, I will definitely be coming back!”

“It's a small shopping centre, in a small town in the Midlands. It has shops, toilets and parking. Visited by humans, and has all you need if you don't need much”

“Firstly. Wonderful staff, comedic and very helpful, they will do their best to help give advice when your fishing!Second, The tackle is very good! They sell out the good stuff very quickly sometimes though. So they normally restock if you arrived on the wrong week. The bait is nice just ask for some reds (maggots) and they will give you live ones or just get frozen maggots from the freezer, you can get worms too from the fridge, the freezer also has lots and lots of deadbaits such as small mackerel, possibly herrings, small rudd!So i would recommend !”

“My brother and I visited this shop for tie’s, pocket square and a waist coat for his wedding, the staff were extremely helpful and a pleasure to talk to.Regrettably we got our suits from “Moss Bros” before discovering the range and more competitive price that “Brigdens” offered, needless to say we both agreed we should have gone to them in the first place. The next wedding, smart or even causal event we go to, we’ll certainly be stopping by here on the way.”

“CONSOLE REPAIR TRIAL!Took my Xbox console to the manager (Managers only permitted to do console servicing) who's name is James, sound guy. I asked him how much for my console to be cleaned internally as it was very dusty from previous owner, I got a straight to the point price and was told to bring it in which I did and he said it would be done by the end of the day so I can pick it up the morning after. I turned up and it was done no messing about, it was like new! I did have to bring it back as he left a connection loose for the eject button but he fixed it within half an hour. Very pleased and if they finish the trial and agree to carry on the console servicing and repairs I'll definitely be a future customer! Thank you!”

“I’ve had a lot of mixed interactions with people and staff in primark but today I must say I’m highly impressed by the efficiency and kindness of the staff. I must have walked into that store three times in the space of a couple of hours. They were patient and kind and understanding the store had large number of brands from different countries under one roof

Date of experience: 27 November”

“Went in for some maternity clothes for my lady and unfortunately maternity stuff is hard to come by on the high street now. However the girl that was in the store (from Stafford store originally) was immensely helpful. Going around the shop with me to help me find things that would work. Not had customer service like that for a looong time. Absolutely brilliant, wish I’d got her name for recognition but thankyou so much to her and the other young girl on shift too. Really friendly, not judgemental and just really took the stress out of it for me.”

“Stop right here and get sorted out for a gift, especially if your stuck on what to buy somebody. The lady behind the counter was very helpful when I was wondering what to get my sister for her birthday, she made the experience very pleasant with a wide choice of perfume. I was able to try everything they had in stock and nothing was a problem. I ended up with "Alien" and it was the newest release, I thought it was a competitive price too with it being the same on the internet. So don't be stuck this Christmas buy someone you love a beautiful gift from this little kiosk. If you like my review then pop me a helpful thumbs up ? thank you and merry Christmas ?”

“Good M&S store as it's big enough to stock lots of line, but also not too busy. The little cafe upstairs is great little place to meet friends as you can chat and enjoy some quality food and drinks. The food hall at the back of the store is large and have most things you see in the larger stores. The staff are always super helpful and friendly too. Highly recommended for quality and value of everything they stockl.”

“Byrkley Park is a large garden centre just outside Burton on Trent, near Rangemore, accessed by a tree lined lane, and geographically near to St Georges Park. The car park is spacious and well landscaped with mature trees and even its own small traffic island. Inside you are initially taken into an area of house plants, solid oak furniture, and a myriad of products for birds. To the left is the Topiary Restaurant, a large spacious eating area, with variable seating, that attracts many visitors, it has a good range of hot and cold food, and drinks. The roast dinners are fairly impressive, but other products can be a little hit or miss, the cakes we had today were lovely, the brownie with hazelnuts and the non-fat fruit cake were packed with flavour, but on some visits the cakes have been so dry, they have been virtually inedible. The outside plant area, is the main reason we would come to Byrkley, the range of plants, trees and shrubs, as well as other products like gravel, fencing and pots are very impressive. But most of all the plants are healthy, and competitively priced, if you're prepared to buy a smaller plant and let it grow on. There are always pretty good deals, if you like to buy multiple plants. Inside is a good range of other garden items like tools, garden furniture, seeds etc. Byrkley also has a range of other areas, selling different products, not normally associated with a garden centre. Maybe I'm just old fashioned, I like garden centres to just sell plants and maybe have an adjoining cafe, but I suspect that would not cover the overheads of such a large concern. So, Byrkley also has three clothing areas including Cotton Traders and Edinburgh Woollen Mill; old fashioned, yes, but I am not their target audience. They also have an area selling pictures, cards, candles, ornaments etc. There is a small jewellery shop selling some unusual items, that would be perfect for a gift and a craft shop, that has expanded rapidly, with the advent of people making their own cards, painting etc. There is a small bookstore, which is good for a bargain, a delicatessen selling amongst other things, homemade chocolates and an impressive cookware shop too. The staff are friendly and offer useful advice particularly on the plant side, which is refreshing, and they do offer a garden club scheme, where you can pay £10 per year, and amongst other benefits gain 10% off all plant related products.”
