“I called into phase eight in Derby on the off chance they had accessories to go with a dress I had previously bought.Whilst having a look around the shop I fell in love with a gorgeous dress ideal for my daughter’s wedding. Lynn assisted me and was absolutely great. She helped with the dress choice and matched my final choice with some gorgeous accessories. She helped with colours and offered great advice for a MOB attending an April wedding. I would highly recommend phase eight for any outfit but particularly for a special occasion. A big thank you to Lynn, I knew I wasn’t entirely happy with my dress before coming into store. But with your help and advice I feel amazing and so excited for the big day!”

For a young sales assistant, Priya went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information I needed to make an independent choice. She was incredibly efficient, knowledgeable, and provided invaluable advice throughout the process. Thanks to her expertise, I was able to confidently choose the right fabric for the armchairs. Always have a great range and the staff are so friendly.My only issue is that for a shop that caters to the larger ladies, it's a bit of a tight squeeze to get through the shop without snagging your clothes on a hanger or rail. But other than that it's great.”

“Took daughters car to have a windscreen chip repaired. The guy who name didn't get came out to look at the chip and advised not touching it. It was outside of the MOT fail zone and small but within the sun strip area being close to the edge.Good friendly advice..Well worth the drive to check it..”

“I'd bought some items from Jack Jones Belfast whilst away with work which in the end, I didn't need. I tried to take them back to Derby but due to admin reasons in the back ground there was some issues. The stance of Jack Jones was that I needed to travel back to Belfast.Thankfully, the team at Derby were superb. They continued trying to help me resolve the issue by giving me contact details and making calls/checking the internet themselves.Eventually, common sense prevailed and the problem was dealt with. Manny and Keeley were excellent in their whole approach. I wouldn't hesitate to shop at Jack Jones Derby in the future. Great service!”

“I used to work here part time for some college experience and had to get around 72 hours for one of my college courses. Staff were extremely friendly and awesome to be around with. The store itself is small and unique in it's own way. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for some cheap and well priced items. Or maybe some work experience. The Atmosphere here is amazing. And I do not regret working here, it was a great experience.”
